Instead, we generate a unique, secure download link which is included in the form notification email you receive. Links remain valid for 3, 7 or 30 days depending on your plan (see Pricing), after which uploaded files are automatically deleted to minimize data retention.
  • Account Information: If you register, we may collect your name, email, and other contact details.
  • Support Requests: When you contact us, we collect your email and any information you provide in your message.
  • Usage Data: We collect technical information such as IP address, browser type, device info, and access times for analytics and security.
