• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the billing portal in your dashboard; your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period.
• Plan changes take effect immediately. Upgrades are prorated for the remainder of the period; downgrades apply at the next renewal.
• All payments are final and non-refundable. Refunds are issued only where required by law or a court order, or in exceptional cases at our sole discretion. If you believe you were charged in error, contact us at [email protected].
• If a renewal payment fails, we may downgrade your account to the Free plan and its limits until payment is resolved.
• Prices are listed in USD and exclude any applicable taxes. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice; changes apply from your next renewal.
